Matthew 28 (Whole Chapter)

Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.  Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” – Matthew 28:18-20

Point 1: Discipleship starts with understanding what the Gospel really is

Point 2: Obedience to all of Jesus’ teaching is to become the standard practice of every Christian

Point 3: This Great Commission does not end with just a command but with a promise

Point 4: You can not make disciples if you are not one yourself

Bottom Line: The last command of Jesus must remain the first priority of this church
